I note that my screenshot in the competition came out a lot smaller than what I put in.

I don't like that I can find all my historic posts very easily.

I'm in the middle of reading yours now, actually. And Urby's, and mine. It's nice to know we were all dumb once.

I'm most shocked at just how much I lied.

I keep talking about my campus and having an alienware and shit.
I'm like.. Motherfucker, you're 12.

From the "Hello thread":
Here are some things I like:
Scripting (PHP, AmxModX (pawn), JavaScript).
Retarded but not stupid people. I'm a bit retarded my self.
I was not a confident boy. Wow. To be fair I was probably referring to my ass burgers, but I'm glad I'm not that fifteen-year-old boy any more.

You solve this by getting banned and creating a new account every 2-3 years so that eventually your post history will be squeaky clean.
Actually, don't do that.

I'm sure we don't need to look into my post history

We were all 12 once. We can forgive ourselves.

The fact that we got taller and wiser (for me, at least wiser) is a good thing. There is hope in humanity yet.

By the way, I love the new color scheme and the header graphics. This place's got SOUL!

Yeah. I was reading all mine too.. The cringe is real. Though it was nice to see myself slowly maturing and transition from asking questions to answering them.

So this has been confusing me:
Recently Active Thread ListRecently Active Thread List
The most recent thread list has a seemingly arbitrary order. Is that a feature or a bug?

Love how smoothly I just hopped over to the new site w/o having to register a new account, good work.

Colors need some work, but I'm sure this will be solved sooner or later. I'm guessing this is the default Bootstrap blue? Feels a little out of place.
Would love to contribute, but I don't play well with less/sass or responsive designs :(

Have you considered using Nginx over Apache? Its way less of a memory hog.

I really like the way the notification system works now, but I personally think it's a bit strange that the number of notifications displayed on the front page is the number of posts since you last visited rather than the number of threads that have been posted to. I'd still like to see the number of posts once I go to the notification page, but seeing a potentially large number on the front page doesn't really tell if they're spread over multiple threads or are just on a single thread. Still, it's a huge improvement over the old site with the clickable links.

On the main page, a small tag on the “new vault items” with different colours to distinguish between new and updated items would be marvellous.

Ooh! Uh... Hmm. What if users could make polls in their threads or journals? If you scroll through the Giant Bomb forums, you’ll see the sort of thing I mean. Actually, there’s a couple of good features I think those forums have, like the thread tags (poll, question, etc).

I think the color scheme is spot on now.

I like the juxtaposition between the orange and the blue. It makes the navigational links stand out.

I recommend making everything navigational blue, but everything else should be shades of orange (like the border around the post area should be orange rather than blue, because it's non-interactive).

When uploading a map, when pulling down those drop down menus, it will pop up "searching" before populating the list. If the list is already populated, all that does (and it does do it every time) is possibly make you click on the wrong thing when it disappears.

Also, I feel like maybe the Upload button could be a little more prominent?

Pebs! The detailed review thing is awesome, however one person leaving a detailed review (such as yourself on the test map) seems to remove the option for everyone else.
I've added one here so you can test:

Needs more cloist.
Posted 2 months ago2018-02-06 10:15:24 UTC Post #338568
@Rimrook You mean cloister?

Why do we need for church / cloister? You mean for praying and mourning with dead longer ex members of TWHL or I understand wrong?
I found Google "Cloister" but cloist is not exist in English.

I think it is important who miss ex member of TWHL. You remember Sven Coop Community was affected with dead member since he had suffered a heart attack.

When browsing on my phone (iphone 6, ios 11.1.2) and bringing up the shoutbox, you seem to be able to get into a nigh-endless loop of tapping the text-entry box (bringing up the keyboard but not actually selecting the box so that you can enter anything into it; then tapping to select the box which gets rid of the keyboard and still fails to select it). Eventually it ends up working for no obvious reason, but its a real hassle. (It seems almost impossible to paste.)

Why do you call "cloist"?
// EDIT
You mean cloist = hot room or what?

Don't think too much about it SSB. Archie has been saying "cloistery" for years now and I just kind of ignore it... As demonstrated in this moment in a video from 2014...

No way to remove someone (including oneself) from a private message?
Jessie JessieLadytype

It would somewhat defeat the purpose of private messaging somebody, no?

I suppose, I dunno... I guess I was just thinking of a situation like, there's an active group message, and someone who doesn't really want to be a part of it gets added to it. They'll constantly get notifications, and no direct way to get out of it.
I guess this isn't as big an issue for a community as small as this.

Another suggestion: being able to see exact date- and timestamps in the shoutbox.
